Natural Pools & Gardens Website Redesign

Natural Pools & Gardens was in need of a new website that reflected the artistic approach they took to custom projects. Their existing website’s project gallery was unorganized and hard to update. In addition to the gallery, the old site’s layout was only comprised of long paragraphs with small inline photos.

For my design strategy, I wanted to add to the brand’s visual identity, establish a stronger layout, and make the website easier to navigate overall.

Style Tiles

The typography, color palette, and background elements were inspired by the client’s logo and existing print materials. Each option featured different kinds of experimentation for photography and backgrounds styles.

Pages In Context

High fidelity prototypes were designed with Adobe XD to show an interactive preview of the gallery and additional pages. The new website’s layout allowed for better content structure and resulted in a fun, on-brand aesthetic for the client.

Gipson Corwin Website Redesign

Gipson Corwin is a custom home design & build company in Tucson. They wanted a new look for their website and also needed a better way to show off their portfolio of work.

Style Tiles

In order to determine a design direction, I created 3 different style tiles that allowed the client to envision different aesthetics for the new website. Each tile featured a different color palette, typography, and creative design elements including photo treatments or button styles.

To showcase the client’s work, I leveraged large scale photography throughout the page. In addition, emphasis was put on larger, stylized typography supported by plenty of white space.

A high contrast of color was used to highlight content. Overall the new design succeeded in giving the website a look to compliment the quality of the client’s design portfolio.

E-konomy Pools Website Redesign

E-Konomy Pools is a family-owned pool service company that has been in Tucson for over 60 years. They wanted a redesign for their website in order to make it easier to list their products and services. They were looking for a modern design that still gave off a friendly, accessible tone.
